2. On-Site Visit:
Once we have the preliminary information from our phone conversation, we arrange a site visit, provided free of charge. Our team meets you in person to delve into project goals and requirements. After a comprehensive site assessment, we present you with a precise cost estimate for the project.
3. Detailed Estimate:
Within one to two days, we will send you a detailed cost estimate breakdown via email. If you, as the homeowner, accept the estimate, you proceed to select the preferred product style and color, enabling us to align our efforts with your vision.
4. Contract Agreement:
The subsequent step involves signing the contract, formalizing the agreement between you and our company. We advise a thorough review of the contract, including the chosen color and material specifications. During this phase, we also guide you through the building permit process to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Once the contract is signed, we establish a schedule, place material orders, and commence work on the agreed-upon date.
